Italian Films to be Feted

"GOODBYE CASANOVA" a romantic comedy in wich a love-on-the-rocks couple gets marital advice from the ghost of the legendary lover, will have its world premiere Tuesday to open the second Annual Los Angeles Italian film Awards week.

The festival has seven films entered in its New Italian films competion, five of wich are getting their first U.S. screnings. Four other titles, including "GOODBYE CASANOVA" and the closing night film, "PRIDE & PERIL", are being presented in the Italian-American Showcase.

Screenings are scheduled at four Hollywood Theaters, wich the April 29 awards dinner set for the Wyndham Bel Age Hotel in West Hollywood.
